What information do we collect?

When you register and log in to FeeNote's application, or use the features provided by FeeNote, you will be required to provide the necessary personal information. This application will only process and utilize your personal data for the specific purpose of the feature; the application does not use your personal data for other purposes without your explicit consent.

When you log in with a third-party account such as WeChat or Facebook, this application will get the nickname, avatar image and user unique ID from the third-party account. These materials are only used to help you quickly create an account for this application. This app does not use your account profile for other purposes.

This application will ask you to authorize the reading of the album image so that you can add the image from the device to FeeNote. This application will ask you to authorize the location information and mobile phone number to complete the real name verification by the mobile phone number to fit the relevant laws of information dissemination management. This application will ask you to authorize the microphone permission, so that you can use the voice recognition function to convert the voice into text and record it in FeeNote. This application does not use your profile information for purposes other than the aboves.


Storage and protection of your data

This application saves your account information (nickname, avatar image, registered email/third-party account unique ID), the images, texts, links and other data that you saved and uploaded, This application use 256-bit encryption and multiple backups to ensure the security of data transmission and storage on the network; This application will permanently store your account information (nickname, avatar image, registered email/third-party account unique ID) and images, text, links and other data, unless you actively delete or cancel the account.


How do we use your information?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

When your account is deleted, all service materials and data related to the account will be deleted, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.(Entrance: In APP->My->Click on the avatar above->Click the Settings button in the upper right corner->Delete account)

After the deletion process is completed, the server will immediately clear the user's personal data, membership data and all application-level functional data.


Do we make updates to this policy?
